• Do you have any discounts in your online store?

  We run discount campaigns from time to time. To check if there’s an active offer at the moment, please visit the product pages.

• How do I pay for the products?
  At checkout, you can choose to pay by credit card or PayPal. Credit card payments are processed via Adyen and will appear on your statement as a PayPal transaction.

  Alternatively, you can purchase our products using PayPal’s guest checkout without needing your own PayPal account.
• Is it possible to purchase multiple products at the same time?

  Yes, of course. You can add as many items as you like to your basket and place your order.

• What are the delivery times?

  Your order will be processed within a few working days and then shipped from our warehouse in Norway. The delivery time is usually 8 to 10 business days.

• How does the subscription work?
  We offer our products through a flexible subscription with no fixed term. After your first delivery in the initial month, you will automatically receive a follow-up shipment every two months, containing enough products for that period -each at the current market price. Please note that these are not offered at the introductory price, but at the regular product price.

  You can make changes, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. Please ensure that any adjustments are made at least 14 days before the next scheduled delivery.
• Can I pause, change, or stop the regular deliveries?
  You can of course make changes to your deliveries at any time. You have the option to pause your subscription, change the next delivery date, or cancel your subscription.

  Please note: Changes must be made at least 14 days before your next scheduled delivery. You can easily cancel your subscription via the “My Page” section in your customer portal.
• Which laws does Good For Me comply with?
  Good For Me complies with the current laws and regulations set by the Norwegian government. The Norwegian Food Safety Authority is the public authority that regulates the food and nutrients market. The Norwegian Food Safety Authority is available at www.mattilsynet.no.
• Right of Withdrawal
  In accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from the receipt of your delivery to cancel your order without providing any reason. This applies to single orders (3-pack) as well as to the first delivery of a subscription.

  You can exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting our customer service or by using the withdrawal form included at the end of your order confirmation email.

  Please note:

  You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  For subsequent deliveries within a subscription, the withdrawal period is stated on the respective invoice — usually 14 days before the next scheduled delivery date.
• Return of products
  The following subscription products are identical to the first product of the initial delivery. We do not offer returns or a right of withdrawal for products received after the first delivery.

  If you no longer wish to receive further shipments, please cancel your subscription at least 14 days before your next scheduled delivery via “My page”. The date of your next delivery is stated on your order confirmation email.

  If the cancellation deadline has already passed, the cancellation will take effect starting with the following delivery.

  Please note that shipments returned to us via cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.

• Is there an age limit on purchasing products from you?

  Yes, you must be 18 years or older to order products from us. When you complete a purchase, you confirm you are over the age of 18 and that you have read and accepted the terms of purchase.

• Can I take the products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

  We recommend that you consult your doctor or midwife before taking our products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

• Is the product dangerous for smokers?

  We recommend that smokers consult their doctor or a healthcare professional before using our products.

• Can I take the product if I have vitiligo, very fair skin, or red hair?

  We strongly recommend that you consult your doctor or a specialist before using our products if you have vitiligo or any other medical conditions.

• Where can I find my customer number?

  You will find the customer number at the bottom right of your order confirmation. The customer number consists of seven digits.
