Buyer:
The person registered as buyer (from here on you or the customer) in the order. The buyer must be 18 years or older to become a customer of Good For Me.
Subscription
Products are sold as a subscription with no binding period. The introductory price only applies to the first order. After one month, the next delivery containing three months’ consumption is shipped at market price. Further deliveries will be shipped every three months.
Other special offers may contain other shipping intervals and monthly prices. Should you wish to end or pause a delivery from us, this must be done before the deadline on your invoice expires. The deadline is set to 14 days before your next planned delivery. Should you make any changes too late, you are therefore committed to receive and pay for this delivery.
Single purchases
When making a single purchase you will not receive any more deliveries from us until you place another order yourself or contact customer service.
Payment
We offer secure payment options through PayPal and credit cards (VISA and Mastercard). We do not store any card information. When you choose to pay with a credit card, you will be securely redirected to our payment processor, Adyen, to complete the transaction. Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely.
Delivery
When we receive your order, the product will normally be shipped from our warehouse within 3-5 business days. The shipment will be sent as letter mail so the package will fit in most mailboxes. Delivery time will depend on method of delivery. if you have ordered a subscription, you will receive your regular delivery just before you run out of product.
Prices
Our product prices include sales taxes, VAT. The prices can be found on our website and are valid until any changes occur. A price change will be notified at least one month before changes occur.
Discounts and introductory offers
Discounts are valid for any current promotions and their specific terms. The introductory offer for subscriptions can only be used one time for one box per product within a period of 12 months per customer. In the event of a customer abusing the introductory offer or specific promotional terms, we reserve the right to cancel the order, change the price of an order, and issue a new invoice for the excess amount.

Communication
The customer consents to us using every form of communication, including letters, phone, e-mail, and text messages. When ordering, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail or text message.
Now and then, we use text messages and newsletters to give the customer information about orders, deliveries, offers, and other relevant information. If the customer does not wish to receive such information in the future, the customer can notify customer service.
Personal information
We treat all our customers’ personal information confidentially according to the Personal Data Act. We will not sell or further spread your personal information. We only use this information to manage your customer relationship, deliver your order, and to give you product information.
You have the right to access the information, which is the basis of your customer relationship, cf. current General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) law.

Right of cancellation and return
You have an unconditional right of cancellation for 14 days, counting from the day you receive the product of your first delivery.
The right of cancellation means you have the right to cancel your purchase and return the unopened product. For the right of cancellation to be valid, the product must be returned to us in the same condition as you received it. When using your right of cancellation, you must cover the return cost of the product. A cancellation form is included with the order confirmation you received with your first purchase. Please schedule your return with our customer service.
There is no right of cancellation or return on the items you receive after the first delivery in a subscription. Right of return only applies on the first delivery. Should you no longer want more deliveries, you need to cancel within 14 days before your next delivery. You can find the date of your next delivery on the shipping confirmation you receive by e-mail. If the cancellation deadline has expired, the change will not be valid until the next delivery. Shipments that are returned to us as cash on delivery will not be picked up.

Choice of law and venue
Any potential disputes will be settled by Norwegian law. We seek to solve any conflicts amicably. Disputes that cannot be solved by arbitration shall be settled by Norwegian courts. The proper venue is Oslo District Court.
Information about how to complain
You can file a complaint. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution portal is available should you wish to file a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer residing in a different EU country. The complaint can be filed here:
Acceptance and change of terms
The terms are subject to change in case of special needs, public change or other factors that affect the terms. New terms will be available on our website.
